Mapping Out Caregiving
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES DIVISION
This 2-hour video, "Mapping Out Caregiving," is designed to guide caregivers through the essential steps of their caregiving journey. Participants will explore the comprehensive Caregiver Map, which includes 25 key steps that caregivers commonly encounter. Through a blend of collaborative learning, open discussions, and peer support, participants will deepen their understanding of caregiving challenges and strategies. This workshop encourages a sharing environment where all questions are valid, and caregivers both teach and learn from each other.
Participants will also review a glossary of essential medical and legal terms, enhancing their ability to navigate these topics without offering professional advice.
