Finding a Course

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Search Catalog
  3. Browse by Type or Keyword
  4. View details on course
  5. Register 
  6. Go to My Learning Dashboard
  7. Click arrow to start course 

Completing Courses

  1. Go to My Learning Dashboard
  2. Click arrow to start course
  3. Read all text in modules
  4. Complete all videos (all must be marked complete if they are required)
  5. Complete all quizzes and pass with 80%
  6. Navigate through all modules with the right arrow in the top right box of the modules
  7. Complete all required modules listed in the course homepage 
  8. Submit workbook (if applicable)
  9. Once all modules are completed, and your workbook has been graded you will receive a certificate

Certificates

  1. Go to My Learning Dashboard
  2. Click certificate in the top section
  3. Click Dowload Certificate to download a .PNG of your Certificate
  4. Print Certificate in your computers picture viewer
Accessing Past Certificates (prior to Aug. 2021)
In order to access your past certificates, earned prior to August 2021, please visit our old registration website, Training.casat.org. CASAT Training will remain open so users can download past certificates, but no new registration will take place via that website. 
 

Update Billing Information

  1. Go to dots at the top right of the top menu
  2. Click Billing Manager
  3. To add a credit card, click Add New Card
  4. To delete old card, click Delete Card

Requesting Receipts

If you need a receipt, please contact us with the course name you need a receipt for.

Getting Started with Live Webinars

Zoom Videoconferencing Software

CASAT Learning uses the web-based videoconferencing software called Zoom for all of our live webinar events. Below you will find instructions on downloading this FREE videoconferencing software for the variety of devices you may use to join us.

For Desktop PC's and Laptops

  • Open an Internet browser and go to https://zoom.us/
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Download"
  • On the next page, click "Zoom Client for Meetings"
  • Click "Run" when prompted – This will allow your computer to download the free videoconferencing software

For Apple Devices (iPad and iPhone)

  • Open the App Store on your device
  • Search for "Zoom Cloud Meetings"
  • Install the first option on the list (you will need to enter your Apple ID and password to download the free app to your device)

For Android Devices (Tablets and Smartphones)

  • Open the Google Play app on your device
  • Search for "Zoom Cloud Meetings"
  • Install the first option on the list

Zoom Meetings versus Webinars

  • CASAT Learning offers two types of live online events, Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars.
  • Zoom Meetings often have a limited class size and are designed to be a collaborative event with all participants being able to turn on their video and audio, and see who else is in attendance.
  • Zoom Webinars are designed so that the host and any designated panelists can share their video, audio and screen. Webinars allow view-only attendees. Participants have the ability to interact via Q&A, Chat, and answering polling questions.
  • Refer to the course description or your final confirmation email to determine what type of event you have registered for. For Zoom meetings, it will be noted in the presentation description that access to webcam and audio is required.

Technology Requirements for Zoom Webinars

  • Desktop Computer, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone, or Landline*
  • Internet Connection – It is important to note that the audio and video quality directly correlates with the quality of your internet connection.
  • *If you are joining by telephone an internet connection is not required. You will need the teleconferencing number provided in your final confirmation email.

Attendance Tracking for CEU Credit

  • Attendance will be tracked using the name and email that you enter upon entering Zoom. If you participate by dialing in on the telephone or using a name or email other than the one on your registration, please email learning@casat.org after the webinar, so that your attendance can be verified.

Participants must be registered in order to receive the Zoom connection information. The Zoom connection information will be included in the final confirmation email approximately two business days prior to the live webinar.
