 Prerequisites

The Virtual SAPST has two prerequisites. Both components must be completed by 12:00 PM PST on November 3, 2021. Not completing these two prerequisites by the deadline will result in you forfeiting your place in the Virtual SAPST.

  1. The five-hour, self-paced online course “Introduction to Substance Abuse Prevention: Understanding the Basics (Pre-SAPST Course).” To access this self-paced online course:

  1. Pre-session participant survey (10 minutes) and homework assignment #1 online (40 minutes). You will need your SAPST binder for one section of the assignment. We recommend referring to the hard copies of the homework assignments found in the front pocket of your binder while you complete your assignments. Please note that we will use Qualtrics to submit all homework assignments

Please complete both components by 12:00 PM PST on November 3, 2021. As noted above, you will need to download your online course certificate (item 1) and email it to learning@casat.org. If we do not receive both components by November 3, 2021 you will forfeit your enrollment in this course.
