Dr. T will guide participants through phases of caregiver grief, providing practical coping strategies, including mindfulness techniques, self-care practices, and communication skills. Take advantage of this opportunity to acquire valuable tools for navigating caregiver grief with compassion.
  • 1)    Identify the Phases of Grief in Caregiving

Participants will gain an understanding of various aspects of grief experienced by caregivers, including pre-grief, anticipatory grief, and post-death grief. This will enhance their ability to recognize and navigate these emotional states.
  • 2)    Developing Coping Strategies for Caregiver Grief

Attendees will learn effective coping mechanisms to manage the emotional challenges of caregiving and grief. This includes mindfulness, self-care, and communication strategies.
  • 3)    Enhancing Communication Skills in Grief Support

The session will provide techniques to communicate empathetically with terminally ill clients, their families, and fellow caregivers during difficult times.
