This is a two-part interactive training for licensed clinicians and clinical trainees, designed to build foundational and advanced skills for gender-affirming clinical care. The first session provides foundational concepts and best practices, while the second session introduces advanced frameworks for ethical decision-making, evidence appraisal, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Training aligns with current standards (including WPATH SOC8), best practices, and recent research. Sessions balance lecture, discussion, and experiential activities, with some objectives given introductory treatment and supplementary readings for deeper exploration.
