Care with Compassion: Person-Centered Care & Caregiver Wellness: LIVE WEBINAR

29 Sept 2026

Description

This course is brought to you in partnership with Nevada Aging and Disabiliy Services Division

Providing compassionate care starts with seeing the whole person—not just their needs, diagnosis, or daily tasks. Care with Compassion: Person-Centered Care & Caregiver Wellness explores practical strategies for creating meaningful, respectful, and individualized care experiences while recognizing the essential role of caregiver well-

being.

This webinar will introduce person-centered approaches that promote dignity, choice, connection, and trust. Participants will also explore the impact of caregiver stress and learn practical strategies for maintaining emotional well-being, setting healthy boundaries, practicing self-care, and building resilience. Whether you are a professional caregiver, direct support professional, family caregiver, or part of a care team, this session offers practical tools to help you provide care with greater compassion—while caring for yourself along the way.
