Participants will learn about the harm reduction movement's history, philosophy, and core principles, which prioritize reducing the negative consequences of substance use and other high-risk behaviors rather than focusing on abstinence. Participants will also learn about standard tools and strategies to minimize harm and better understand recovery pathways, incorporating these principles to deliver person-centered peer recovery support services.

Participants will have an understanding of multiple pathways of recovery, including ones that are not abstinence-based
Participants will learn standard tools and strategies to reduce substance-related harms
