Complex Trauma and Dissociation: LIVE WEBINAR Registration Closed

Training participants will learn the specific symptoms of trauma related disorders, and dissociative disorders that can be difficult to manage in treatment. This course will cover the history of the study of trauma and dissociation, integrated theories of treatment, assessment tools, and salient interventions that clinicians can incorporate into their practice with clients who struggle with complex trauma and dissociation.
 
Learning Objectives:
        
  1. Define and understand how the DSM-5 categorizes trauma and dissociative disorders, as well as the history of the study of trauma.
  2. Learn about assessment tools for detecting if a client is experiencing distress from trauma and dissociation.
  3. Practice interventions to implement in practice for stabilization of trauma and dissociative disorders.
